A Meaningful Presence in Kuala Lumpur

We were honoured to participate in the APHM International Healthcare Conference & Exhibition 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, hosted by the Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia (APHM). This year’s theme, “Managing Healthcare Costs and the Promise of Healthcare Financing,” is a timely and important call for sustainable, value-driven healthcare models across the region.

Standing Together for Tech-Enabled Care

As part of a joint effort with our parent company, Nova MSC Berhad, Dex-Lab was proud to showcase Daisy, our next-generation humanoid robot, alongside our valued partners at the shared booth: Hospital Ar-Ridzuan and EyRIS.

It was a privilege to stand together in our shared commitment to advancing accessible, tech-enabled care that supports both operational efficiency and better patient outcomes.

What Daisy Delivers

Daisy offers a scalable, human-centred approach to support long-stay care, workforce sustainability, and patient engagement.

She delivers:

✔️ Guided mobility exercises for reablement and fall prevention.

✔️ Cognitive and emotional engagement through music, conversation and games.

✔️ Consistent non-clinical engagement that complements care teams.

✔️ Measurable support for improving patient experience and freeing clinical resources.

Encouraged by Interest and Momentum

We were heartened by the strong interest from healthcare leaders, hospital operators, and policy stakeholders across Malaysia. It’s clear that innovation must not only be cutting-edge, it must be practical, cost-aware, and people-first.

Looking Ahead

Thank you to APHM for leading such an important conversation, and to our partners and visitors for making this a meaningful experience. We look forward to growing these collaborations and contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive healthcare ecosystem in Malaysia.
