Supporting Seniors Through Engagement and Care

Over the past few weeks, Daisy has been supporting older adults across ANHF’s centres, leading mobility sessions, delivering cognitive engagement, and bringing culturally tailored content like Chinese folk songs and poems to life. With her structured programs and friendly presence, Daisy supports both resident well-being and frontline teams.

As AAA Reports:

“Daisy led a lower-limb mobility session, encouraged the audience to clap to music, and sang Chinese folk songs.”

Her programs are designed to support physical wellness, emotional connection, and daily consistency, all while easing pressure on staff.

“She’s there to assist staff, not replace them,” says John Paulo de Jesus, Dex-Lab’s Country Lead (Australia). “She helps by delivering structured daily content so staff can focus on deeper care needs, clinical and emotional.”

Why This Matters for Aged Care Providers & Policymakers

✔️ Supports workforce sustainability

Daisy provides consistent engagement across shifts and sites, especially valuable in a sector facing workforce shortages.

✔️ Culturally inclusive and person-centred

Co-designed content respects resident identity and language, enhancing wellbeing and belonging.

✔️ Scalable & cost-efficient innovation

Daisy is designed for integration, not just pilots, making care more consistent and affordable over time.

✔️ Aligned with aged care reform goals

Promotes reablement, early intervention, and wellness, directly supporting the Aged Care Quality Standards.

✔️ Drives real-world digital transformation

Daisy brings tech into daily care in a way that’s friendly, tangible, and immediately impactful.

✔️ A model for public-private collaboration

This partnership with ANHF shows what’s possible when innovation is co-designed with care providers.

Looking Ahead

As care demands grow and aged care reform takes shape, Daisy offers a human-friendly, outcome-aligned solution to enhance quality of life, not by replacing humans, but by giving them the time and tools to focus on what they do best: connect, care, and support.

We thank Angela Ng & Ada Cheng for their partnership in this transformational journey and the Australian Ageing Agenda for spotlighting this important step forward.

We look forward to connecting with aged care leaders, innovators, and government bodies looking to make a meaningful impact through care technology.

Let’s Explore Together

If you’re a provider or policymaker exploring meaningful care innovation, we’d love to connect.
